Indiana Pacers forward Glenn Robinson III won the Slam Dunk Contest on Saturday night.
Robinson defeated Phoenix Suns' rookie Derrick Jones Jr in the finals of a contest filled with missed dunks and uninspiring moves. Robinson's best dunk was a two-hand reverse slam over the heads of teammate Paul George, the Pacers mascot, and a team dancer. The third-year wing will likely start the second half of the season on the bench if the Pacers can make a deal for a veteran swingman at the deadline.
Robinson has averaged 7.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.0 assists in 27 starts this season.
