76ers' Robert Covington (head) not worried after exiting early Wednesday
Philadelphia 76ers forward Robert Covington (head) said he's "fine" after leaving Wednesday's game versus the Boston Celtics early in the fourth quarter.
What It Means:
"I hit it on the chair pretty hard," Covington said after the game. "I didn’t black out or anything. I didn’t get dizzy. It just started ringing and I had to sit there for a second. Overall, all I think it is right now is a headache." Covington doesn't believe he suffered a concussion, but the 76ers may choose to run some tests just to make sure. He should be good to go after the break.
Covington is averaging 11.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.9 steals and 2.0 3-pointers per game this season. His -2.9 nERD is fourth-worst on the 76ers and tied for 423rd in the NBA.
