Serge Ibaka out Tuesday for Raptors, may make debut Wednesday

Toronto Raptors forward/center Serge Ibaka (trade) will not play Tuesday versus the Chicago Bulls, but there's a chance he could make his Raptors' debut Wednesday against the Charlotte Hornets.

What It Means:

The trade won't be finalized until all players involved clear a physical with their new teams. It's possible that Ibaka makes his Raptors debut on Wednesday, likely meaning less minutes for Lucas Nogueira and Jonas Valanciunas. Terrence Ross' departure should create more opportunity for Norman Powell. For Tuesday, Patrick Patterson (knee) will be an intriguing DFS option if he plays.

numberFire's metrics project Patterson to record 7.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.2 3-pointers in 28.3 minutes on Tuesday night. He costs a very affordable $3,600 on FanDuel.
