Minnesota's Gorgui Dieng posts his first double-double of the month on Sunday
Minnesota Timberwolves forward/center Gorgui Dieng recorded his first double-double in February with 10 points and 13 rebounds in Sunday's win over the Chicago Bulls.
Dieng posted his third double-digit scoring night in his last four games on Sunday as he went 5-for-9 from the floor. He also recorded his first block in five games and had two steals for the second consecutive game. Surprisingly, Sunday was only his third double-double in 2017 as he is averaging 9.7 rebounds and 7.4 points in seven games this month.
Dieng is averaging 10.3 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game while shooting 52.0 percent from the field.
