Cleveland rules out Kevin Love for Tuesday's matchup with Minnesota
Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love (left knee) will not play versus the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday.
What It Means:
Love will have an MRI on his knee done Sunday to determine the extent of the injury. The Cavs could just be being extra cautious with the injury, but it is never a good sign to be ruled out for a game this early. Channing Frye and Richard Jefferson will rack up the minutes in Love's place.
Love will be hard to replace as he is averaging 20.0 points, 11.1 rebounds and 2.6 three-pointers per game with a 5.8 nERD rating -- 22nd-best out of 463 NBA players.
