Charlotte Hornets forward/center Cody Zeller (quad) is questionable for Saturday against the Los Angeles Clippers.
What It Means:
Head coach Steve Clifford claims Zeller didn't make the injury worse in his return from a seven-game absence on Thursday night, but look for the big man to be a game-time call on Saturday. If he sits, the Hornets may elect to go with Miles Plumlee against DeAndre Jordan at the five, rather than Frank Kaminsky.
For now, we have Zeller down for 11.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.2 blocks in 27.2 minutes on Saturday. He ranks 52nd in the NBA this season with a 3.0 nERD.
