Pacers' Thaddeus Young expected to miss both Friday, Saturday
Indiana Pacers forward Thaddeus Young (wrist) is not expected to play Friday against the Washington Wizards or Saturday against the Milwaukee Bucks, according to head coach Nate McMillan.
Lavoy Allen has picked up three straight starts with Young out, but he's not much more than a short-term streamer. C.J. Miles turned in 23 points on Wednesday and makes for the more attractive add.
Miles is averaging a season-high 26.5 minutes per game across five February contests, and he's responded with 13.8 points, 3.2 3-pointers and 3.6 rebounds -- all of which are also the highest for any month this season. His 0.9 nERD is tied for 100th in the NBA and is fifth on the Pacers.
