Tyreke Evans (ankle) not playing as Pelicans battle Jazz
New Orleans Pelicans guard Tyreke Evans (ankle) will not play Wednesday versus the Utah Jazz.
Evans didn't make it through shootaround and was considered doubtful, so his absence isn't surprising. Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday will dominate the offensive touches for New Orleans, while Buddy Hield and E'Twaun Moore could see more minutes. Consider Evans questionable for Friday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Hield costs only $3,600 on FanDuel Wednesday night, and our models like him as a value option, projecting him to record 11.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.1 3-pointers in 28.0 minutes.
