DeMarcus Cousins officially suspended for the Kings' game on Wednesday
Sacramento Kings forward/center DeMarcus Cousins has officially been suspended for Wednesday's game against the Boston Celtics after receiving his 16th technical of the year Monday night.
In addition to the suspension, the NBA levied a $25,000 fine for an 'obscene gesture' Cousins made after the game against the Chicago Bulls. The Kings' big man also faces additional suspension for every technical he picks up the rest of the season. Expect Willie Cauley-Stein or Anthony Tolliver to start in his place with Darren Collison taking on the majority of the scoring load versus the Celtics. There will be plenty of DFS value to go around.
Cousins leads the Kings in points (27.9), rebounds (10.7), assists (4.7) and usage rate (37.2 percent) while his team-leading 5.3 nERD is tied for 23rd in the NBA.
