Jeremy Lin hoping to return to the Nets in two-to-three weeks
Brooklyn Nets point guard Jeremy Lin (hamstring) hopes to be able to return to action within the next two-to-three weeks.
Last week, the Nets announced Lin had a setback in his recovery and would be out at least the next three weeks. Lining up the two timetables would put the point guard's likely target date for return right after the All-Star Break, February 24. Spencer Dinwiddie and Isaiah Whitehead will continue to get the bulk of the point guard minutes with Dinwiddie continuing to start.
Lin has played only 12 games this season, and he is averaging 13.9 points, 5.8 assists and 3.3 rebounds per contest.
