Orlando's Evan Fournier (foot) quiet in return on Monday
Orlando Magic guard/forward Evan Fournier went 4-of-11 from the field on Monday, finishing with 9 points, 2 assists, 1 rebound and 2 turnovers in 23 minutes of action as the Magic fell 111-105 to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Fournier has been sidelined with a foot injury for eight games, and while he looked rusty in this one, he did say after the game that he was "pain-free", so it shouldn't take him long to get back into the swing of things. He's averaging a career-high 16.8 points to go with 3.3 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 32.8 minutes per game this season.
Despite the decent production, Fournier owns a shaky -1.8 nERD on the season, which ranks 383rd in the NBA and is the fourth-worst mark among Magic players.
