Mavericks downgrade Wesley Matthews (hip) to questionable for Wednesday
Dallas Mavericks guard/forward Wesley Matthews (right hip strain) has been downgraded to questionable for Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks.
What It Means:
If Matthews is unable to go, Dorian Finney-Smith and Justin Anderson would both benefit. Head coach Rick Carlisle previously said he expected Matthews to be ready for Wednesday, but we'll see how things are after shootaround tomorrow morning.
As of now, our models project Matthews for 14.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.8 3-pointers in 34.7 minutes versus the Knicks.
