Brooklyn's Jeremy Lin (hamstring) to miss another 3-5 weeks
Brooklyn Nets point guard Jeremy Lin is expected to miss another three-to-five weeks after aggravating his strained left hamstring.
Injuries have limited Lin to only 12 games so far this season, and the bottom-feeding Nets are in no rush to bring him back before he is fully healed. Isaiah Whitehead and Spencer Dinwiddie will likely continue to share point guard duties moving forward.
Lin has played fairly well when he has been on the floor this season, averaging 13.9 points, 5.8 assists and 3.3 rebounds in 25.0 minutes per game, and his .564 true shooting percentage and 19.8 player efficiency rating are both the second-highest marks of his career.
