Deron Williams plays well as Dallas blows out the Lakers
Dallas Mavericks point guard Deron Williams went 6-of-9 from the field on Sunday, posting 13 points, 8 assists and 5 rebounds in 26 minutes of action as the Mavs laid a 122-73 thrashing on the Los Angeles Lakers.
Just about every Mavericks player had a strong showing in Sunday's historically big blowout. Williams has been playing well this month in general, averaging 14.1 points, 7.9 assists and 3.8 rebounds in 31.3 minutes per game.
Williams also finished the night with a game-high 40.3 nERD, per numberFire Live. His season-long nERD still sits at a rough -1.2 though, which ranks only 344th in the NBA and is the fifth-lowest mark among Williams' Dallas teammates.
