Ryan Anderson (illness) expected to return for Rockets' matchup with Golden State
Houston Rockets forward/center Ryan Anderson (illness) participated in shootaround and it appears likely that he will make his return on Friday to take on the Golden State Warriors.
Anderson sat out the past two contests and was limited in the two before that while battling the flu. He should return to the starting lineup without any restrictions on Friday night.
Our models project Anderson for 14.6 points and 2.2 3-pointers, with 5.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists, in 31.5 minutes versus Golden State. He ranks fifth on the Rockets and is tied for 58th in the NBA with a 1.9 nERD this season.
