Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant went 13-of-16 from the field on Wednesday, posting a season-high 40 points to go with 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocks as the Warriors beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 121-120.
That makes 11 30-plus point game for Durant on the season, who is thriving in his new home in Golden State. Despite his 34.4 minutes per game being a career-low, he is averaging 26.2 points, a career-high 8.6 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game.
Durant's .603 effective field goal percentage is also a career-best, and he is sporting a league-leading 12.8 nERD on the season.
