Jazz expect Rodney Hood to be sidelined for two weeks
Utah Jazz guard/forward Rodney Hood (knee) is expected to be back on the court in two weeks, according to head coach Quin Snyder.
Hood hyperextended his right knee and suffered a bone bruise in Saturday's win over the Orlando Magic. The two-week timetable means the 24-year-old will be sidelined for at least seven games, leaving Joe Ingles to start in his place for the rest of the month. Hood's next game would be February 1 versus the Milwaukee Bucks.
Ingles makes for an excellent short-term fantasy pickup as he has averaged 13.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 3.0 three-pointer in 36.7 minutes per game in his three starts this season.
