Kawhi Leonard goes off as Spurs obliterate the Lakers
San Antonio Spurs small forward Kawhi Leonard went 10-of-13 from the field on Thursday, racking up 31 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals in only 26 minutes of action as the Spurs crushed the Los Angeles Lakers 134-94.
That was Leonard's 10th 30-point game of the season -- already far surpassing the four he had in his career coming into the year. He is averaging 24.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.9 steals in 33.1 minutes per game on the season.
Leonard posted an absurd 71.9 nERD in Thursday's win, the highest among all players in action last night, per numberFire Live. That also brings his season-long nERD to 10.1, which is good for second in the NBA.
