Aaron Gordon's big day not enough as Magic fall to Clippers
Orlando Magic forward Aaron Gordon had a big game, racking up 28 points on 11-of-17 shooting while adding 3 rebounds and 3 assists, but it wasn't enough as the Magic lost 105-96 to the Los Angeles Clippers
Gordon saw plenty of minutes with Serge Ibaka (shoulder) sidelined, and made the most of it, leading the Magic in scoring. Playing most of his minutes at small forward this season, Gordon's rebound numbers are down from 6.5 per game last year to 4.6 per game this year, though he is averaging career-highs with 11.5 points and 1.9 assists per game.
Gordon has a rough -1.5 nERD on the season, placing him only 377th in the NBA, though he did manage a team-high 19.7 nERD in Wednesday's loss, per numberFire Live.
