Mike Dunleavy agrees to join Hawks following trade with Cleveland
Atlanta Hawks guard/forward Mike Dunleavy has agreed to join the team following a discussion with head coach Mike Budenholzer about the role he'll have.
What It Means:
Dunleavy will report for his physical on Tuesday, which will then permit Kyle Korver to debut for the Cleveland Cavaliers tomorrow night against the Utah Jazz. It remains unlikely that Dunleavy's role allows him to carve out much fantasy value, but his first game with Atlanta could come on Friday versus the Boston Celtics.
Dunleavy averaged 0.9-of-2.5 3-pointers (35.1 percent) in 23 games with the Cavaliers prior to being traded. His -0.7 nERD ranks 293rd in the NBA.
