Kings' Rudy Gay says he's playing on Friday night
Sacramento Kings forward Rudy Gay (hip) says he will play Friday night against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Gay has spent 10 of the last 11 games on the shelf and after bringing him back too early once, it would make sense if he played limited minutes tonight. He is officially questionable, but after participating in shootaround this morning, Gay appears to be trending towards playing.
Our models project Gay to post 18.1 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.4 steals over 34.2 minutes on Friday.
