Rockets hoping Patrick Beverley (wrist) will be active versus Thunder
Houston Rockets guard Patrick Beverley (wrist) is "gonna warm up and try it" against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday, according to head coach Mike D'Antoni.
Beverley has missed three of Houston's past four contests and his shooting may be impacted by the right wrist injury. However, the Rockets will need his defensive prowess against Russell Westbrook and the Thunder on Thursday night. Beverley's presence will take away some opportunity from Corey Brewer and Tyler Ennis, but owners should start him per usual.
If Beverley does suit up against the Thunder, our models project him for 10.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.7 3-pointers in 32.6 minutes of action.
