Dallas Mavericks forward Dwight Powell double-doubled against the Golden State Warriors on Friday with 10 points, 13 rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 26 minutes.
Powell has been strong this season when he gets the minutes and with Andrew Bogut out he has been a borderline standard fantasy league asset. He is getting minutes at both power forward and center, so with aging veterans at both those positions, Powell should continue to see run with a Dallas team going nowhere this year.
Powell is averaging career-highs with 7.8 points and 5.1 rebounds over just 21.2 minutes per game. He has a career-best .546 effective field goal percentage and a nERD of 2.5, which ranks 41st among all players.
