Sergio Rodriguez

Sergio Rodriguez (ankle) will not play for 76ers Friday

Philadelphia 76ers point guard Sergio Rodriguez suffered a left ankle injury that forced him to make an early exit from Thursday's game, and he will not suit up on Friday against the Denver Nuggets.

What It Means:

It didn't seem to be too serious an injury, so Rodriguez won't likely be sidelined long. While he is out, T.J. McConnell will move into the starting lineup.

Our models project McConnell for 5.5 points, 4.8 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 20.3 minutes of action against the Denver Nuggets on Friday.
