Meyers Leonard scores 16 points as Blazers topple Kings

Portland Trail Blazers forward/center Meyers Leonard got some revenge against the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night, scoring 16 points on 5-of-13 shooting with five rebounds, one assist, one block and three triples in 25 minutes.

What It Means:

Leonard was called out by DeMarcus Cousins after their last meeting, so this revenge game must have felt good for Leonard after he as held scoreless in their last meeting. His 16 points were a season high, but with the stacked Blazers frontcourt, he is not on the fantasy radar right now.

In his fifth NBA season, Leonard is averaging 5.7 points and 3.2 rebounds in 16.2 minutes per game. He has a career-worst .479 effective field goal percentage and his nERD is -1.9.
