Kyle Anderson starting for Spurs in place of Kawhi Leonard
San Antonio Spurs guard/forward Kyle Anderson will move into the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Phoenix Suns, with forward Kawhi Leonard (stomach bug) unavailable.
Leonard's absence is going to open up a lot of playing time and usage and Anderson might be able to fill a little bit of both. LaMarcus Aldridge will have to take on a lot of the usage and Jonathon Simmons should see an increase of minutes off the bench. All three are strong DFS plays on Wednesday.
Our models expect Anderson to be a strong value play. We project him to play 27.8 minutes with 8.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.5 steals against the Suns.
