Kawhi Leonard sitting out as San Antonio takes on Phoenix
San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard (gastroenteritis) is out for Wednesday's game against the Phoenix Suns.
What It Means:
It will be Leonard's first game out all season and it comes out of nowhere. Kyle Anderson and Jonathon Simmons will see a big boost in playing time, while LaMarcus Aldridge should get the biggest boost in usage in a great matchup.
Our models expect Anderson to be the better value play from the Spurs. We expect him to play 27.8 minutes with 8.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.5 steals against the Suns.
