Utah's Derrick Favors plays 22 minutes in first start since November
Utah Jazz forward/center Derrick Favors returned to the starting lineup for the first time since December 14 on Tuesday, racking up 8 points, 6 rebounds and 1 steal in 22 minutes of action as the Jazz beat the Los Angeles Lakers 102-100.
What It Means:
That was Favors' sixth game back since returning from his knee injury, and while he is still on a minutes limit, those 22 on Tuesday are his most since November 11.
The injury really looks to be hobbling favors this season, and his 15.5 percent total rebound rate, .500 true shooting percentage and 15.7 player efficiency rating are all well below his career averages.
