Gerald Green lights it up from the field for Boston on Tuesday

Boston Celtics guard/forward Gerald Green went 7-of-10 from the field, including 3-of-5 from downtown, racking up 19 points in 19 minutes of action as the Celtics beat the Memphis Grizzlies 113-110 on Tuesday.

What It Means:

Green has been mostly out of the rotation for the Celtics this season, but he has now played in back-to-back games, recording his two highest minute totals since November 18.

Green hasn't been shooting the ball especially well this season, with a .484 true shooting percentage, but his 14.0 player efficiency rating is above his career-average, and he's sporting career-highs in both total rebound rate (11.4 percent) and assist rate (18.0 percent).
