Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki (Achilles) will play against the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday night.
Nowitzki has not appeared in a game since November 25 due to lingering Achilles soreness. In fact, he has played only five games all year long. While it is nice to see the legend make his way back on the court Friday, he will likely be on a strict minutes limit as Dallas works the 38-year-old back into game shape. Dorian Finney-Smith will likely be affected the most by Nowitzki's return.
