Warriors' Draymond Green will miss Thursday's game after the birth of his son
Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green (personal) will not play against the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night.
Green has headed back to the Bay area for the birth of his son. His status for the Warriors next two games has not been determined at this point. The last time Green missed a game, on November 26, Kevon Looney earned the start at power forward. Expect David West and JaVale McGee to receive extra minutes versus the Nets as well.
Green has posted balanced numbers of 10.6 points, 8.8 rebounds and 7.2 assists per game this season, but the Warriors won't miss their do-it-all power forward much against a Nets team that ranks 29th in numberFire's NBA Team Power Rankings.
