Evan Turner's (foot) status in doubt for Portland on Tuesday
Portland Trail Blazers guard/forward Evan Turner was spotted wearing a walking boot during shootaround and called himself questionable to face the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday.
The walking boot and lack of shootaround participation likely means Turner will sit out on Tuesday. He suffered the injury after stepping on someone's foot during Monday's practice. Turner's absence would open up more minutes for Moe Harkless and Allen Crabbe.
For now, our models expect Turner to play, and project him for 9.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 25.2 minutes versus the Kings. His season-long -2.0 nERD is tied for last on the Blazers.
