Raptors might lessen Kyle Lowry's minutes
The Toronto Raptors believe guard Kyle Lowry's heavy usage and minutes per game average is a "big concern."
Lowry is leading the league in minutes, so it's not surprising to see them talk about limiting their point guard some. The problem for Toronto is they are -9.6 points per 100 possessions with Lowry off the court this season, so if they keep winning, the Raptors might be shopping for another guard at the trade deadline to taper Lowry down the stretch.
In 37.3 minutes per game, Lowry is averaging 21.3 points. 5.0 rebounds and 7.3 assists. He has a career-high .551 effective field goal percentage and his nERD of 4.0 ranks 10th among all players.
