Robert Covington (knee, illness) available for 76ers Thursday
Philadelphia 76ers forward Robert Covington (knee, illness) says he will be able to play on Thursday night against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Covington was previously ruled out for Thursday night, so this is a great sign. He'll likely be on limited minutes and will impact the minutes of Nik Stauskas, Hollis Thompson and Dario Saric.
Covington owns a -2.3 nERD through 19 games this season. His numbers have regressed this season, and he's averaging 8.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.9 steals and 1.9 3-pointers on an ugly .451 true shooting percentage.
