Miami rules out J.R. Smith (knee) against Knicks on Wednesday
Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward J.R. Smith is listed as out for Wednesday's game versus the New York Knicks.
Smith is considered day-to-day after an MRI revealed no structural damage in his left knee. He's struggled mightily this year, however, and is not worth holding if there's an attractive free agent available.
Smith is working with a career-low .460 true shooting percentage in 16 games this season while averaging 7.8 points and 2.3 treys per contest.
