Reggie Jackson will make his season debut for Pistons on Sunday
Detroit Pistons' Reggie Jackson (knee, thumb) will make his season debut on Sunday versus the Orlando Magic.
Jackson has missed the Pistons first 21 games of the season with knee and thumb injuries and is expected to be eased into action. In his first game back, coach Stan Van Gundy wants to play the point guard 16-20 minutes as he gets back into game shape. Ish Smith will continue to be a factor for the next week or so while Jackson's minutes are limited.
In his first full season as Detroit's starting point guard, Jackson averaged 18.8 points with 6.2 assists per game while posting a 3.1 nERD rating in 2015-16.
