Al-Farouq Aminu back at Blazers' practice, still out Saturday
Portland Trail Blazers forward Al-Farouq Aminu (calf) practiced on Friday but remains out for Saturday against the Miami Heat.
What It Means:
Aminu has missed 12 games but it appears he is close to a return. Once he is back he will likely take away minutes from Ed Davis and Noah Vonleh and could be a nice contributor in deeper fantasy leagues.
Aminu is off to a slow start this season from the power forward position, averaging 6.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game. However he only has a .347 effective field goal percentage.
