Wes Matthews has 22 points with six 3-pointers as Dallas falls to Boston
Dallas Mavericks guard/forward Wes Matthews had 22 points, coming largely from a season-best six 3-pointers, as well as three rebounds and two steals as the Mavericks fell 90-83 to the Boston Celtics on Wednesday.
Matthews has been off to a slow start to the season, and had failed to crack 10 points in four straight games leading into Wednesday night. He is now averaging 13.1 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game on the year.
