Rockets insert Eric Gordon back into starting lineup
Houston Rockets shooting guard Eric Gordon will return to the starting lineup versus the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday.
What It Means:
Gordon is averaging 32.1 minutes as a starter (six games) and 32.6 off the bench (three games), so this is pretty negligible in regards to his fantasy value. Tonight's matchup is a tasty one though. Corey Brewer heads back to Houston's bench as a result, but he should continue to see his current workload at 15.3 minutes per game, and his usage may actually increase with the second unit.
Our models project Gordon to score 16.5 points tonight against the 76ers, with 2.9 3-pointers, 3.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.1 steals. His -0.1 nERD is tied for sixth on the Rockets.
