Nets giving Brook Lopez a breather on front end of back-to-back
Brooklyn Nets center Brook Lopez (rest) won't be in the lineup for Monday's game versus the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Nets face the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, so head coach Kenny Atkinson will give his star big man the night off. Justin Hamilton is expected to start, while Sean Kilpatrick, Bojan Bogdanovic and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson should pick up the offensive workload. Hamilton has some upside, but isn't an attractive DFS play with DeAndre Jordan matched up against him.
Our models project Hamilton to score 7.9 points and pull down 3.9 rebounds in 22.1 minutes of action. He ranks second on the Nets with a 0.8 nERD, while Lopez sits at fifth with a 0.1 mark.
