Hood has averaged 33.7 minutes the past two contests while battling through a cold, so needing to sit out Monday wouldn't be too much of a surprise. He missed the team shootaround Monday morning. Dante Exum and Shelvin Mack could be in for a lot of work against Memphis, depending on what happens with Derrick Favors (knee), George Hill (thumb) and Boris Diaw (leg).
