Charlotte Hornets forward Frank Kaminsky (foot) will not play against the Miami Heat on Friday.
Kaminsky missed the opener, so he has yet to step on the court this regular season. Marvin Williams will likely be in for a bump in minutes on Friday night, while Michael Kidd-Gilchrist played some power forward in the Hornets opener as well. Cody Zeller could potentially play a few more minutes too.
In his rookie season, Kaminsky averaged 7.5 points and 4.1 rebounds in 21.1 minutes per game. He had only a .474 effective field goal percentage and he ranked 239th with a -0.3 nERD.
