Toronto Raptors forward Pascal Siakam will start against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday.
What It Means:
Siakam could see some more starts if he performs well with Jared Sullinger set to miss the first two or three months of the season. Patrick Patterson should also see some heavy run off the bench
