Head coach Dwayne Casey prefers to bring Patrick Patterson off the bench, but he's still in line to see the majority of minutes at the four. Sullinger's absence does create a nice real-life opportunity for Siakam, but the rookie will likely still not see enough minutes to have standard league relevance. DeMarre Carroll and Patterson stand to benefit the most.
