Moe Harkless will begin year as starter in Portland
Portland Trail Blazers head coach Terry Stotts confirmed forward Moe Harkless will start at small forward on opening night.
The Blazers brought in Evan Turner over the offseason, but it seems like he fits better as the main scorer and ball handler off the bench. Harkless' defense and rebounding gives the Blazers a better look in the starting five, but he is only a borderline fantasy option in the deepest of leagues.
Harkless had a nERD of -0.1 last season with averages of 6.4 points and 3.6 rebounds in 18.7 minutes per game. His .522 effective field goal percentage was above his career average and his 54.1 true shooting percentage was just off a career high.
