Klay Thompson hits six 3-pointers, scores 30 in Warriors' preseason win
Golden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson dropped 30 points in Tuesday's preseason game against the Los Angeles Clippers, knocking down six 3-pointers as part of a 10-14 day from the field.
The Warriors were firing on all cylinders Tuesday, and they put up a 45-point blowout win. Thompson's usage will decrease this year with the addition of Kevin Durant to the lineup, but he still has the potential to explode for 30 points on any given night.
Thompson ranked 27th in the NBA with a 6.0 nERD last season. His .597 true shooting percentage ranked 37th while he averaged 22.1 points, 3.8 boards and 2.1 assists per game.
