New York Knicks point guard Derrick Rose will play in Tuesday's preseason game against the Houston Rockets.
Rose will be playing basketball while a jury is selected in Los Angeles for a civil lawsuit against him for sexual assault.
Rose posted a -8.4 nERD last season, which was the fourth-worst mark in the NBA. He averaged 16.4 points, 4.7 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game, while posting career worsts in true shooting percentage (.479) and player efficiency rating (13.5) for any season in which he played more than 10 games.
