John Wall will be limited at WIzards' training camp

Washington Wizards point guard John Wall (knee) will be limited when training camp begins on Tuesday.

What It Means:

Wall had surgeries on both of his knees this offseason and the left knee surgery was apparently pretty serious. Doctors had to cut out calcific deposits in his left patella tendon and while Wall has been playing some 3-on-3, he is not yet ready for scrimmage or game action. Brooks says they will bring him along slowly, so for now, don't expect him to return first round fantasy value like in past years.

Despite playing through that knee pain late in the season, Wall still managed to post a career-high 19.9 points and 10.2 assists per game last season. He only had a .467 effective field goal percentage, but he also matched a career-high in three point percentage at 35.1 percent.
