Nerlens Noel 'very open' to being traded from 76ers

Philadelphia 76ers forward/center Nerlens Noel is "very open" to being traded if the team decides to make that decision, according to sources of A. Sherrod Blakely.

What It Means:

This does not indicate Noel has requested to be traded, but it does seem worth mentioning that he recently modified his Twitter profile, removing the Philadelphia skyline from his background, while also switching his avi to a black box. General Manager Bryan Colangelo has been candid about his intentions for the front court, openly stating that the 76ers don't plan on beginning next season with Joel Embiid, Jahlil Okaford and Noel all in tow. No deals appear imminent at this point, although the Boston Celtics are highly interested, according to reports.

Noel averaged 11.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.5 blocks per game last season, contributing to a measly -2.0 nERD.
