Los Angeles Clippers guard Norman Powell (leg) will not play in Wednesday's game versus the Portland Trail Blazers.
Powell is sidelined his second straight contest with a left lower leg contusion. Expect Bones Hyland to see an increased role off the bench on Wednesday.
